14-Day Return Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to return it. Just make sure the item is in new condition with all parts, accessories, and packaging intact. Reach out to us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions and include a copy of your invoice with your return. To speed up the process, write the return authorization number on both the shipping package and the packing slip. Let us know why you’re returning the item so we can make improvements to our service. If you don’t have a return authorization number, expect processing delays of up to 45 days and a 10% processing fee. If the item is dirty, has animal hair, missing parts or packaging, or can’t be resold, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping isn’t refundable unless the error is ours (e.g. damaged, defective, wrong item sent). To ensure safety, we suggest using a prepaid shipping option like UPS or FedEx. Don’t use COD. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We’re not accountable for return packages lost or damaged during shipping.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. If using a prepaid gift card such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, please retain to ensure proper credit.
Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy
Report any missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 10 days of receipt by emailing us. We’ll tell you what to do next. After 10 days, reach out to the manufacturer for defective or damaged items.
Service Policy
At “mypetnecessity.com”, we offer competitive prices but these may change without notice due to market fluctuations. Some products won’t be eligible for discounts due to manufacturer restrictions. Returns of items bought with a quantity discount may be priced at the original sale price if they no longer qualify for the discount. Contact us if you have any questions. We’re not liable for typographical errors or unavailability of products. We may share our mailing list with carefully selected companies for product recommendations. If you don’t want to receive such mailings, let us know. Note that returned items may incur a 10% handling and restocking fee. For safety and regulatory reasons, we can’t accept returns for: pharmacy items, books, software, bits, undergarments, food, dewormers, flea and tick treatments, special orders, discontinued items, and select products. Personalized items can only be returned or exchanged if there’s an error on our part (e.g. damaged, defective, wrong item sent).
